• The applicant must remain available and responsive throughout the process; any delays caused by lack of communication will not be the consultancy’s responsibility.
• University fee is to be paid by the student directly to the university.
• Visa and IHS are to be paid by student directly to the UKVI.
• Visa and admission policies may change without notice. The consultancy will not be held liable for any such changes or their impact.
• The applicant is responsible for providing genuine and complete documents. Any false or incomplete information may result in rejection or legal action.
• Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the immigration authorities. No guarantees are provided.
• The applicant is responsible for providing adequate financial proof (including funds and bank statements); the consultancy is not liable for any rejection due to financial insufficiency.

Pay Refunds

1. Service charges are non-refundable once the application process has started.
2. Any applicable refunds from the university are solely at the discretion of the student and the respective authorities. Mosafir shall not bear any responsibility in this matter.
