Pakistan is the Next Big Thing in adventure tourism

Pakistan has been ranked 3rd highest potential adventure destination globally. Meanwhile, adventure tourism gives an opportunity to explore thrilling experiences in life. Pakistan offers some exciting spots like K2, Trango Tower, Deosai plains, Ansoo lake, Thar desert, Attabad lake, and Makran Coastal Highway. 

K2 is a magnificent snow-capped peak. It is both lovely and terrible because it displays nature's enormous force with all its splendour. It is the world's second-highest mountain and one of Pakistan's Natural Wonders, reaching a height of 28,253 feet (8,612 meters). The savage mountain is a very tough climb with one of the highest fatality rates among all climbers who attempt it. Despite its impassable geography and dramatic weather events, climbers from all over the world flock to summit the peak.

The Trango Tower is located in the Baltoro Glacier region of Gilgit-Baltistan. It is the world's most beautiful vertical alpine climb. It has enthralled and inspired alpine climbers from all over the world to try the near-impossible summit ascent. Because it is completely vertical, it is both a beautiful sight and a challenging climb. Its sheer grandeur also sets it distinct from the other peaks in the area.

The Deosai plateau is one of the world's tallest plateaus. It rises to a height of 13,497 feet above sea level and is around 30 kilometres from Skardu (Baltistan region). Because it has some of the world's most diversified biodiversity in terms of flora and wildlife, it is given all kinds of fantastic names, such as the land of fairies, and the land of giants. During the summer, when millions of wildflowers cover the valley in a spectrum of vivid colours, its beauty is truly astounding. It offers the impression of a mystical paradise.

At an attractive height of 13, 927 feet, Ansoo Lake is wonderfully shaped like a teardrop. It is, without a doubt, one of Pakistan's natural wonders. In the Kaghan Valley, it is tucked among lofty peaks. The journey to this exotic location is difficult, but those who have completed it have returned both happy and surprised.

The Makran Coastal Highway is a scenic drive that goes along Pakistan's Arabian Sea coast. The road, which starts in Karachi and runs through Gwadar to the Iran border, is considered a massive engineering marvel. You can see a section of the highway known as the Buzi Pass in Hingol National Park is bordered by remarkable moon rock formations.
